Itinerary
Day-1 : Tribhuvan International Airport- Nagarkot (32 kms/1.5 hrs) On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Nagarkot. Proceed towards check-in at hotel. After check-in you will be taken to view the Sunset. Evening you can walk around local villages to witness day to day life of the local people or simply enjoy the view from your hotel room. Overnight stay at Nagarkot.
Nagarkot: Nagarkot is the place where once Manjushree Bodhisatto stood and watched the lake in the Kathmandu Valley. At an elevation of 2,195 meters, it is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhaktapur District. It is renowned for its sunrise and sunset view of the Himalaya including Mount Everest as well as other snow-capped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu valley.
Day-2 : Nagarkot-Pokhara (180 kms/ 6 Hrs) Early morning excursion to view the sunrise. After breakfast proceed to Pokhara either by flight (30 min) or by road passing through the valleys, rivers, terraced fields and sometimes viewing different Himalayan ranges. Upon arrival proceed for check-in at hotel. In the afternoon you will be taken for sightseeing of Pokhara. This includes Fewa Lake, Bindhyabasini temple, Gupteswar Cave, Seti gorge and Devi's fall. Overnight stay at Pokhara.
Pokhara: is the second largest city and one of the main tourism centers in Nepal. The Annapurna range is at a distance of 30 to 40 kilometers away provides a stunning backdrop. The proximity to the snow-covered mountains and the gentle and picturesque landscape at its feet has contributed to its growing popularity with travelers. The magnificent scenery is filled with charming villages and surprisingly abundant forests. Pokhara is one of the most important places to enjoy the nearest view of the western Himalayan ranges.
Day-3 : Pokhara-Kathmandu (200 Kms/ 7 Hrs) Early morning drive to Sarankot to enjoy the beautiful view of sunrise and golden panoramic view of the western Himalayan ranges. After breakfast proceed to Kathmandu either by flight (30 min) or by road. After check-in at hotel the evening is free for individual activities. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
Day-4 : Kathmandu Sightseeing Morning free for optional Mountain flight. In the afternoon you will be taken for sightseeing of Kathmandu City and Patan City. After the tour you will head back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
Patan City: Also known as Lalitpur, the city of beauty is separated from Kathmandu only by the Bagmati River and is the second largest town in the valley. Patan is renowned as a very artistic city. Most of the Nepali art of any form is devoted to Gods, and there are an abundance of temples and vihara in the city. Patans central Durbar Square is absolutely packed with temples: Itís an architectural center point with a far greater concentration of temples per sq. meter than in Kathmandu or Bhaktapur. Within the city also lies the Tibetan refugee center, home to most of the valleys Tibetan population. While technically refugees, the Tibetans are some of the wealthiest people in the valley because of the carpet industry they operate. For those looking to bring home a fine Tibetan carpet, this is the place to shop.
Day-5 : Kathmandu City- Tribhuvan International Airport You are free till you flight departure time. Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport to board flight for onward journey.
